Organic polyamine inhibitor SJA-1 is a new type of high-performance water-based drilling fluid shale inhibitor, which belongs to the polyamine modified polyether polyol shale inhibitor. SJA-1 not only has the advantages of strong adsorption, strong inhibition, and long acting time. The introduction of amine-based strong adsorption groups in the molecular chain gives it better shale inhibition. Its anti-collapse mechanism is mainly based on the special molecular structure firmly adsorbed on the clay, reducing the distance between the clay layers, thereby preventing water molecules It enters the formation and stabilizes the well wall.

3. Key Features

4. Usage and Dosage
The product can be directly added to various water-based drilling and completion fluids. When adding the product, it is best to prepare a glue fluid, and the general dosage is 0.5%-1%.
5. Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in polyethylene plastic barrels with a net weight of 25kg, 50kg or 200kg per barrel; stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
6. Environment and Safety
This product is non-toxic and harmless to people and the environment. It does not require special attention during use, but avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothes, otherwise rinse with plenty of water. Do not swallow.
